New easier nomination form for the HDI Analyst of the Year…Nominations open to nonmember organizations

Nominations are now open for the HDI Analyst of the Year and Desktop Support Technician of the Year.  This year the written nomination will consist of only one question with the idea of making it easier to nominate top performers from your staff.  In addition, HDI has opened up this program to nonmembers organizations as well.  Please feel free to invite peer leaders to participate in the great program.

Let’s get the bad news out of the way first: You still haven’t submitted a nomination for a 2017 HDI Service Management Award.

Now the good news: You still have time! We extended the nomination deadline. You now have until Friday, July 14 to nominate a deserving organization.

What are we looking for? Any organization who’s excelling in IT service management. You can nominate your team (or someone else if you’re feeling generous) in either of the following categories:

KCS Award

HDI Knowledge-Centered Service Award




If you’ve got it, flaunt it. You can claim your fame as an award-winning tech service and support team, but you must submit your nomination ASAP.
