About the Presenters

Nuch Infante is the manager of the Global Lifecycle Management team responsible for both hardware and software asset management at Capital Group. He has 38 years of IT experience with 21 years at Capital Group managing client service & support, client engineering, and asset management teams. During his tenure at Capital Group Nuch formed a global team starting with hardware asset management and then maturing into software asset management. Prior to joining Capital, Nuch was an application development manager and desktop support manager at Carter Hawley Hale Stores, an application developer at Southern California Gas Company, and an accountant at Liberty National Bank and Trust Company in Buffalo, New York. He holds an accounting degree at St. Bonaventure University. Nuch is based in Yorba Linda, California with his wife and two sons. He is an avid cyclist and a baseball and Formula 1 racing fan.


Craig Hundley is a Senior Software Asset Analyst on the Global Lifecycle Management team responsible for Capital Group’s overall Software Asset Management program. He has been with Capital Group for 25 years of which 19 years within the IT organization with 7 years managing data center and client software assets. During his tenure at Capital Group, Craig held several positions within the business, was a member of the Technology Service Desk and Desktop Support teams, as well as managed the GSD Technology Support team. Prior to joining Capital Group, Craig held numerous positions within the banking industry and was a member of the United States Army Reserve within the Military Intelligence organization. He holds a Certified Software Asset Management Certification from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers, Inc. Craig is based in San Antonio, Texas with two sons and a cat. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoys mountain biking and country dancing.

Welcome to the 8th annual HDI San Antonio Awards Luncheon

Each year, HDI honors the very best of the technical support profession with a variety of industry-renowned awards. These awards recognize the individuals, teams, and organizations that have most enhanced the image of the support industry by attaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

We will be honoring all of our local San Antonio area Service Desk Analyst of the Year and Desktop Support Technician of the Year nominees on Thursday, December 7 starting at 11:00 AM at Maggiano's, The Rim. Our local chapter winners will be announced at this event.

This year's event will feature a fabulous, 4 course family style luncheon. Check in and networking start at 11:00. At 11:30, we will all take our seats and briefly cover some chapter announcements. Luncheon service starts at 11:40. We will start introducing our nominees around 12:30PM.

We look forward to seeing all of our members and guests at this flagship event.
