HDI San Antonio – Let’s recognize and honor your top IT support professionals

HDI San Antonio, The IT Support/Service Management community is excited to announce our 8th Annual Awards Luncheon to be held Thursday, December 7th at Maggiano’s.  Every year, HDI honors the very best of the technical support profession with a variety of industry-renowned awards. These awards recognize the individuals, teams, and organizations that have most enhanced the image of the support industry by attaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.  This year we are opening nominations to nonmember organizations as well.

At this flagship event we will be honoring all of our local San Antonio area Service Desk Analyst of the Year, Desktop Support Technician of the Year and Support Manager of the Year nominees. We will also recognize our local winners and send them on their way to the regional and national competition.

Nominations are now open for the HDI Analyst of the Year and Desktop Support Technician of the Year.  This year the written nomination will consist of only one question with the idea of making it easier to nominate top performers from your staff.  In addition, HDI has opened up this program to nonmembers organizations as well.  Please feel free to invite peer leaders to participate in the great program.
