Program:

The HDI San Antonio Chapter is pleased to announce our Vendor Participation Program. The intent of this program is to give local Information Technology Support Vendors the opportunity to participate in the HDI San Antonio Chapter, while maintaining the integrity of our mission of  serving our local I/T Support Professionals by providing a venue for collaboration, networking and idea exchange.

Guidelines:

Information Technology Support Vendors are welcome to attend HDI San Antonio Local Chapter General Membership Meetings. Vendors are not allowed to hand out literature, and/or directly market to HDI San Antonio Participants during a local HDI event outside of the Vendor Participation Program. We ask that vendors who do wish to attend our general membership meetings respect our members and allow them to attend our events without distraction. Additional time for introductions and networking will be provided at the end of the general membership meeting, after the program. Participating vendors are expected to sponsor at least one HDI Local Chapter event per year.

At most General HDI San Antonio Chapter membership meetings, we have a raffle for Vendor Sponsored items like Training, iPods, Gift Cards, etc. We asked that Vendors do not participate in the sponsored raffles.

Sponsorship Guidelines:

The purpose of the HDI San Antonio Chapter Vendor Participation Program is to give local I/T Support companies the opportunity to participate and market directly to HDI San Antonio Chapter members. We ask that participating vendors sponsor one event, local chapter meeting, per year. 

The benefits of the Vendor Sponsorship Program include access to market to the support organizations of many of the local areas top firms. Vendor sponsorship of a local chapter meeting includes:

• Vendor Logo and Information will be included in all meeting announcements.
• Vendor Logo and Information will be added to our HDI San Antonio Chapter Website, www.hdisanantonio.org, in the event announcement area.
• Vendor will be given a five minute timeslot at the start of the meeting to give a marketing brief.
• Vendor will be able to pass out marketing information at the meeting.
