President • Bernard Beaullieu, Beaullieu & Associates, Inc.
Bernard Beaullieu, Beaullieu & Associates, Inc. has 25+ years of experience delivering Information Technology Solutions to Texas based Fortune 500 Companies. His diverse IT experience includes extensive IT Consulting and Staffing Services, Creation and Management of Service Desks, IT Support Teams, and Service Delivery, for a variety of projects and deployments, which have been successfully implemented in large enterprise organizations.
Mr. Beaullieu has a Bachelors of Science in electronics Engineering Technology, is ITIL Foundations Certified, the founder of Beaullieu & Associates, Inc. and serves the community in a variety of volunteer roles including; Habitat for Humanity, Student Career Mentoring, ITT Tech San Antonio Chair of the Information Technology Advisory Board, and serves on the boards of both HDI San Antonio and HDI Austin.
Jesse Vazquez, Rackspace “the open cloud company” IT Operations Supervisor, a 12 year experienced management of Information Technology providing Field Technical Support and Service Desk Support. He is an A+ Certified Professional, a highly motivated, ambitious, and professional who brings a wealth of experience in leading people to meet the vision and mission of the organization. He is also a 20 Year Retired US Army Veteran.
Jesse has a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from the University Of Phoenix.
VP of Programs • Ron Willbanks, Whataburger
Ron Willbanks has over 20 years of experience of IT project management, service delivery and customer engagement management. He has held executive level positions in technical staffing services and vendor management, and his industry experience includes automotive, higher education, consulting and retail management. He joined Whataburger in 2008 as a director in the IT department responsible for project management and governance. In December 2009, he took over contact center operations and in 2010 he received the Bob Medlin "Difference-Maker" award from Whataburger (i.e., director of the year).
Ron has an MBA from Oakland University, and has earned PMP, ITIL and HDI Support Center Director certifications.
Sylvia Long, Manager – Whataburger Contact Center, began as an Agent on the night shift in 2006. She spent the next year providing technology support to the restaurants, the company as a whole, as well as handling facility maintenance issue dispatches. She was promoted to Contact Center Supervisor in 2007. Over the next several years she continued to demonstrate her dedication to excellence and was promoted to Contact Center Manager in 2012.
Sylvia has an AAS in Computer Security and an AAS in Computer Forensics, and has earned HDI-Support Center Manager and ITIL Certifications.
VP of Marketing • Shawn McClelland, University of Texas Health Science Center
Cher Perkins has over 20 years of IT experience including, but not limited to Support Center/Help Desk, Software Trainer, Team Leader. She joined LifeRe Insurance in 2003. Ameritas Group purchased LifeRe in 2007. She joined the Support Center Team of Ameritas in 2007 as a Support Specialist II.
She has her HDI Support Center Analyst and Desktop Support Technician Certifications as well as CompTia A+, and Project+ Certifications.
