Hello again from HDI San Antonio…

Thanks again to Wayne Williams and New Horizon's Learning Centers for hosting and sponsoring our May meeting.  Hopefully you were able to make it out to this great event.

Please save the date for the HDI San Antonio Analyst of the Year Awards Banquet on November 14, 2012.  This year's program will include both the Tier I Analyst of the Year and Desk Top Support Analyst of the Year.   Please look for nominations to start in August.

July 15th, 11:30 to 12:30, HDI San Antonio Executive Board Meeting ***Conference Call***.

August 15th, 11:30AM to 1:00pm - "Knowledge Centered Support, New Product Support Profile and Confluence Wiki Collaboration Tool", presented by Steven Pickens, Director Customer Support, Methodist Healthcare System.  Mr. Pickens will present their "New Product Support Profile Process/Form".  Mr. Pickens will discuss this important process all the way from gaining leadership backing to the actual template for adding a new product to the support portfolio.  This meeting is hosted and sponsored by ITT Technical Institute.

September 19th, 11:30AM to 1:00PM - "Metrics, Driving Performance", Hosted by Whataburger.

October 17th, 11:30AM to 1:00PM - Hosted by Labatt Foods.

November 14th, "HDI San Antonio Analyst of the Year".
